Full-time enrollment is the heart of Wildblossom programming. The day begins at 9:00 am and ends at 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Children enrolled full-time are the consistent architects of the social rhythm and play culture within the group. This structure represents the core of the program and the majority of enrollment.
Acceptance is based on compatibility and alignment. A family interview, tour, and individualized care plan are completed prior to enrollment confirmation.
Part-time care follows the same full daily rhythm (9:00 am – 4:00 pm) and is offered in two- or three-day consistent weekly schedules. Attendance remains flexible within the day, and pick-up times are always at the family’s discretion. Scheduling is coordinated collaboratively to support the needs of the child, the family, and the overall balance of the group.
Extended Day is designed to support families who require care beyond the core daily rhythm.
Availability is limited and offered on a case-by-case basis. Decisions are made with consideration for overall group cohesion, the well-being of the child within an extended day, and the sustainability of the home environment.
Wildblossom is currently developing a separate outdoor aftercare space. A larger extended day structure with its own programming details is planned for this summer.
Drop-In care is offered on an availability basis and is not considered a permanent enrollment.
A full tour and interview are required prior to approval to ensure compatibility with the existing group and rhythm of the day. All required KDHE paperwork must be completed and on file before attendance.
Drop-In is available for children ages 12 months through 9 years.
Hours are 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.
This option is also available to currently enrolled families who need occasional additional care outside their regular schedule. The daily fee is $50.
Wildblossom is a licensed group-home childcare program through the State of Kansas
Wildblossom has capacity for 8-10 children depending on age configuration from birth to 11 years old.
Currently programing is designed for 9 children between the ages of 12 months and 5 years old.
Families outside of current structure are always encouraged to apply.
The application process includes a family tour, interview, and the development of a collaborative individualized care plan agreed upon by both caregiver and family.
Enrollment decisions are based on alignment with a child’s developmental needs and the presence of mutual trust and respect between parents and caregiver.
Wildblossom operates as a small, intentionally structured group. In order to provide high-quality care equitably, alignment with the program’s rhythm, expectations, and relational participation is essential.
When alignment is strong, families retain sovereignty over their child while the overall health and balance of the group are maintained.
